With a strong presence in the local market since 2011, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and unparalleled expertise to our clients.Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and drive lead generation for MHM Real Estate. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO techniques, digital marketing trends, and the Dubai real estate market landscape.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and property listings.
  • Manage PPC lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Create and schedule social media content to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Execute Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly blogs and marketing materials.
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Coordinate with developers to implement SEO and technical improvements.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and analyze competitor activity in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO & Marketing Specialist in the Dubai real estate industry 4 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and customer preferences, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Arabic language is a plus.
