Job Objective

To plan and execute digital media activities that present a positive and professional image of the company across various local and international media platforms, in alignment with departmental objectives and the company’s overall vision and goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Supervise all digital design projects and marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
  2. Oversee the creation and production of creative content—visual, audio, and print—in alignment with the company’s identity and vision.
  3. Manage and delegate tasks to the design and digital marketing teams, ensuring the quality and timely execution of deliverables.
  4. Supervise the production of all creative company outputs, including designs, videos, motion graphics, and other creative materials.
  5. Review produced designs to ensure quality standards and maintain consistency with the company’s visual identity.
  6. Supervise the management and development of the company’s brand identity and ensure its consistent application across all corporate materials.
  7. Continuously enhance and evolve the company’s brand and design standards based on best practices and market trends.
  8. Manage the internal communication messaging center and the SMS/news messaging hub, establishing clear mechanisms for publishing and content management.
  9. Oversee the documentation and media coverage of all internal and external company events and activities.
  10. Manage all company social media accounts and digital platforms, plan and execute promotional campaigns, and monitor all mentions related to the company, its programs, and projects.
  11. Analyze website and social media performance metrics to support digital strategy optimization.


Required Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Proven expertise in brand management and implementation.
  • Skilled in graphic design, video editing, and film production.
  • Experience in website design and management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing Communication (or a related field).

  • Brand Management
  • Website Design and Administration
  • Motion Graphics Design using Adobe After Effects
  • Video and film editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator , InDesign , and Photoshop
