Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Plan and run lead-generation campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage and optimize ads on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn.
- Track CPL, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
2. Social Media Management
- Create and manage daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Run engagement campaigns for project launches, site updates, and construction progress.
- Handle comments, inquiries, and messages.
3. Website & SEO Management
- Manage company website and update property listings.
- Improve ranking through on-page & off-page SEO.
- Write SEO-friendly blogs related to construction, property buying, and project updates.
4. Content Creation
- Coordinate with designers for creatives, videos, Reels, brochures, and ads.
- Prepare content for project promotions, site progress videos, drone shots, etc.
5. Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly digital performance reports.
- Analyze ad performance and optimize budgets.
- Track leads using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho).
6. Coordination
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality.
- Coordinate with vendors for ad shoots, project videos, and drone photography.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Google & Meta Ads
- Knowledge of SEO, SMO, SMM
- Ability to create marketing strategies for project launches
- Experience in real estate/ construction industry preferred
- Good communication & analytical skills
- Proficiency with Canva, Analytics, CRM tools, and MS Office Key Deliverables
- Daily social media posts

Pay: ₹12,350.65 - ₹65,019.75 per month
