About the Role
Proactive and creative Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results in a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing
- Manage and update social media platforms with engaging, brand-consistent content
- Create content including posts, short videos, ads, email newsletters, and basic graphics
- Monitor campaign performance KPIs using tools like GA4, Meta Insights, and Google Ads
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Support marketing automation processes using CRM tools
- Analyze data and prepare weekly or bi-weekly performance reports
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of social media advertising, SEO, and paid search
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics/GA4
- Basic design skills (Canva; Adobe Suite is a plus)
- Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Experience creating local lead-generation campaigns
