About the Role

Proactive and creative Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing
  • Manage and update social media platforms with engaging, brand-consistent content
  • Create content including posts, short videos, ads, email newsletters, and basic graphics
  • Monitor campaign performance KPIs using tools like GA4, Meta Insights, and Google Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility
  • Assist with website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Support marketing automation processes using CRM tools
  • Analyze data and prepare weekly or bi-weekly performance reports
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, SEO, and paid search
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics/GA4
  • Basic design skills (Canva; Adobe Suite is a plus)
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Experience creating local lead-generation campaigns

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
