Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist who will manage our social media platforms, run Facebook Ads, create engaging content, and optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and able to work independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising

• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns
• Track key metrics: CTR, CPC, conversions
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance

Social Media Management

• Handle company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Post regular content including reels, graphics, captions, and stories
• Respond professionally to customer messages and comments
• Grow followers, engagement, and overall brand presence

Content & Creative

• Collaborate with designers/videographers to produce marketing content
• Write creative captions, ad copies, and social media posts
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Analyze data to refine digital strategies
• Monitor competitors and ongoing industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong confidence and communication skills
• Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
• Experience in social media handling
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends & audience targeting
• Basic graphic designing/Canva skills (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative, organized, and highly proactive

Experience

• Fresh Candidates: Encouraged to apply (basic digital marketing knowledge required)
• Experienced Candidates: 1–3+ years experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred

Salary Range

• Fresh Candidates: PKR 25,000 – 35,000
• Experienced Candidates: PKR 35,000 – 50,000 (based on skill and experience)
