About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and guide our existing team of SEO experts, content creators, and designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, content strategy, design, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), and be able to connect all the pieces into a cohesive strategy that drives results.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Ensure that SEO, content, and design efforts are aligned, cohesive, and optimized for performance.

Review team output, provide actionable feedback, and ensure quality standards are met.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, audience, and KPIs.

Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies across websites and campaigns.

Monitor analytics and performance metrics; identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.

Stay updated on industry trends, SEO best practices, content marketing, and emerging digital channels.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate marketing strategies with sales and development teams.
Required Skills & Experience:

3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEO, content strategy, and design management.

Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional contributors.

Strong understanding of how SEO, content, and design ecosystems connect to drive business results.

Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, user experience optimization, and analytics-driven decision making.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Screaming Frog, etc.

Excellent communication skills ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to team members.

Strategic mindset, capable of connecting marketing efforts to business objectives.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:

Experience working in eCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, or agency environments.

Education:
