About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and guide our existing team of SEO experts, content creators, and designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, content strategy, design, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), and be able to connect all the pieces into a cohesive strategy that drives results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ensure that SEO, content, and design efforts are aligned, cohesive, and optimized for performance.
  • Review team output, provide actionable feedback, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, audience, and KPIs.
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies across websites and campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics; identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, SEO best practices, content marketing, and emerging digital channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate marketing strategies with sales and development teams.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEO, content strategy, and design management.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional contributors.
  • Strong understanding of how SEO, content, and design ecosystems connect to drive business results.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, user experience optimization, and analytics-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to team members.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of connecting marketing efforts to business objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in eCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, or agency environments.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, social media strategy, and paid advertising channels.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
