We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Create engaging content for social platforms, blogs, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage company social media accounts and develop content calendars.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO updates.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to support brand goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend innovative strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
- Experience with CRM and email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Graphic design or basic video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience with marketing automation.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
