Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Identify and engage influencers, creators, and thought leaders in the sales, SDR, and SaaS ecosystem.Build and execute joint collaborations — from LinkedIn Lives and podcasts to co-created posts and webinars.Secure paid and unpaid partnerships that drive meaningful awareness and traffic.Track influencer campaign performance and report engagement and reach metrics.Build visibility across G2, Reddit, and Product Hunt through community conversations and content.Product Hunt launch experience or participation is a definite plus.
2. Social Media ManagementManage and grow Tario’s social handles (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, and G2).Plan and publish high-performing content: carousels, short videos, polls, and insight-driven narratives.Stay on top of platform trends and drive real-time engagement in relevant discussions.Work with designers/writers to create visually engaging posts and reels; hands-on with Canva or similar tools for banners and basic creatives.
3. Events & Webinar Coordination Research and identify industry events, communities, and partner opportunities for joint webinars or virtual panels.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution — from planning and content prep to live rollout and post-event promotion.Support event-related social and influencer tie-ins to maximize visibility.
4. Marketing Operations & Analytics Track campaign performance across Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and website dashboards.Measure and optimize KPIs such as engagement rate, click-throughs, traffic, and conversions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader brand and demand goals.Provide insights and improvement recommendations based on analytics and social data.
