We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage automation, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. The candidate will play a key role in driving engagement, improving lead conversion, and contributing to overall pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute campaigns across email, digital ads, content syndication, webinars, events, and social platforms.

Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience segmentation, content coordination, A/B testing, landing pages, and scheduling.

Track and optimize performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Create and manage automated nurture programs and workflows, including drip campaigns, retargeting, and account-based initiatives.

Analyse campaign performance, providing insights to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion.

Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy standards.

Collaborate with Sales to hand off qualified leads and align on follow-up strategies.

Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns reflect positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus.
