Imdad Center, one of Dubai’s leading MOHRE-approved Tadbeer service providers, is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong agency background (minimum 5 years). This is a full-time remote role focused on performance marketing, paid ads, content coordination, analytics, and marketing execution.
We are looking for someone who is fast, structured, analytical, and capable of managing multi-channel campaigns independently.
Role Overview
You will manage day-to-day digital marketing activities covering paid media, content support, reporting, marketing operations, and campaign execution. Your experience in handling multiple brands in an agency environment will be a key advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
- Manage and support Meta Ads for lead generation
- Monitor CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions closely
- Run A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Troubleshoot pixel, tracking, attribution, and tagging issues
2. Content & Creative Coordination
- Support monthly social media and campaign content planning
- Write ad copy, hooks, and messaging for performance campaigns
- Coordinate with designers and video creators for campaign assets
- Ensure brand tone and visual consistency across all platforms
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Identify gaps, propose improvements, and optimize based on data
4. Website & Landing Page Support
- Coordinate updates with web team for banners, forms, and landing pages
- Improve landing page flow to boost conversions
- Ensure proper integration of UTM parameters and tracking codes
5. Marketing Operations
- Monitor lead quality and maintain CRM data
- Support launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with UAE team for campaign alignment and updates
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads + Meta Ads
- Proven track record of running high-quality lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under strict deadlines
- Experience working with international clients (UAE/GCC preferred but not required)
