We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can own the brand story, craft standout content, and bring bold marketing ideas to life.
Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth across platforms. From ideation to execution — you’ll own content, campaigns, videos, and strategy. This is a full-stack role combining strategy, content creation, design, video editing, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels
Design and edit marketing creatives — posters, reels, videos, carousels, and motion graphics
Write compelling content for posts, ads, landing pages, and campaigns
Execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
Build MyTek’s brand story across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and industry platforms
Track key metrics (leads, conversions, traffic, CAC, engagement) and continuously optimize
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Product, HR) for integrated campaigns
Manage tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro/Final Cut, Google Analytics, and ad dashboards
You Bring
1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably in startups or fast-paced teams)
Proven video editing skills — reels, interviews, explainer content, visual storytelling
Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe tools) and eye for clean, modern visuals
Copywriting and content ideation skills for short-form + long-form campaigns
Knowledge of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and marketing automation
High ownership mindset, speed of execution, and creative problem-solving attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
