Digital Marketing Specialist

# Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can use AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Nano Banana, Canva AI) to create content, run campaigns, and generate qualified leads for our HR & Attendance software product Attendance Box.

Your main goal will be to create ads, landing pages, creatives, and WhatsApp campaigns using AI—and bring daily leads for demo booking.

# Key Responsibilities AI-Based Marketing

• Use ChatGPT & Gemini to generate ad copies, captions, WhatsApp messages, email text, landing page content, etc.
• Use Nano Banana AI to make short videos/reels for social media ads.
• Use Canva / Canva AI to design creative posts and ad graphics.

Lead Generation (Main Responsibility)

• Create and run lead generation ads on Facebook & Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lower cost per lead.
• Use AI recommendations to improve targeting, creatives, and ad messaging.
• A/B test different creatives and text generated by AI.

Landing Pages & Funnels

• Create simple landing pages using AI content.
• Improve conversion rates based on AI suggestions.

WhatsApp Follow-Up

• Send automated WhatsApp follow-up messages to leads.
• Use AI to write follow-up messages and drip campaigns.

Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly reports using AI tools.
• Track number of leads, quality of leads, cost per lead, and campaign performance.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager
• Good understanding of lead generation basics
• Familiar with Canva
• Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, etc.)
• Good communication skills
• Fast learner and consistent performer

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in digital marketing
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Understanding of landing pages & funnels
• Experience in B2B marketing or HR-tech industry

Education

• Graduate / Diploma in any field
• Freshers with AI + basic ads knowledge can apply
