Job Responsibilities
1. Website Management
- Maintain and update all company websites to ensure content accuracy and SEO optimization.
- Monitor website performance, analytics, and implement improvements for better user experience.
- Coordinate with developers for technical updates and security compliance.
2. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Create engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.
- Run paid campaigns and analyze ROI.
3. Graphic Design
- Design marketing materials such as banners, brochures, social media creatives, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
- Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
4. Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and manage Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies for lead generation.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to monitor performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
6. Latest Tools & Trends
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Utilize automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Buffer for efficiency.
- Explore AI-driven tools for content creation and analytics.
7. Cross-Company Coordination
- Align marketing strategies across all companies under the group.
- Support internal teams with digital assets and promotional campaigns.
Job Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably handling multiple brands or group companies.
- Proven experience in website management, social media strategy, and graphic design.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
