What you will do

  • Build & Optimize Data-Driven Campaigns

    Design and manage campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels using clear KPIs and audience segmentation.

  • Own the Analytics

    Set up, track, and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads, UTM tracking, Looker Studio, and AI-powered tools. Present insights with clarity and actionability.

  • Leverage AI & Automation

    Use AI tools for content generation, A/B testing, sentiment analysis, and predictive targeting. Continuously explore innovations that enhance performance and efficiency.

  • CRM Activation

    Manage targeted email journeys, nurture flows, and lead segmentation using Taiba’s CRM and marketing automation platform. Ensure timely follow-ups and alignment with campaign goals.

  • SEO & SEM Execution

    Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and collaborate with agencies on paid search campaigns to improve discoverability and ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

    Collaborate with creative, service line, and patient access teams to ensure messaging consistency and patient-centricity across channels.

  • Content & Channel Management

    Support content calendars, coordinate posts, and track engagement across social, landing pages, and email—ensuring brand alignment and compliance.

  • CPL and CPA vs. budget

  • Campaign engagement and conversion rates

  • Reporting completeness and insights adoption

You will thrive here if you have…

  • 4–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with analytics ownership

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Looker Studio

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation

  • Exposure to AI tools for content testing, audience targeting, or creative ideation

  • Strong spreadsheet/reporting skills and comfort presenting data

  • Clear communication and a growth-driven, curious mindset
