Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in photography and AI-powered design tools, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and online platforms
• Create high-quality visual content through professional photography and photo editing
• Utilize AI design tools to produce marketing creatives, advertisements, and branded content
• Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and performance analysis
• Design and optimize digital advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong photography skills, including camera handling, lighting, composition, and editing
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, or similar)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in video editing and short-form content creation
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
