  • Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook). Engage with the online community and assist in running basic social ad campaigns.
  • Content Support: Collaborate with the content team to optimize blog posts, website copy, and marketing collateral for digital distribution. Perform basic keyword research to inform content topics.
  • Email Marketing Execution: Set up, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns and newsletters using our email service provider (ESP) under direct supervision.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Collect and compile data from digital channels (e.g., Google Analytics, social platforms) to generate weekly performance reports. Identify trends and basic insights.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM Support: Conduct introductory SEO audits, assist in managing website metadata, and support the creation of simple pay-per-click (PPC) ad copy for search campaigns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain digital asset libraries, ensure brand consistency across all online platforms, and manage the digital marketing calendar.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Be actively involved in SEO efforts (e.g., keyword research, on-page and technical optimization) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM): Plan and monitor the company's ongoing presence on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Develop, schedule, and execute engaging social media content and advertising campaigns.
  • Content & Email Marketing: Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the company website content.
  • Prepare and organize the distribution of online newsletters and promotional emails (Email Marketing).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Analyze data to acquire insights into online marketing trends and optimize strategies based on performance metrics (ROI, KPIs).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams (e.g., designers, content writers) to improve user experience and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
