We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, run effective marketing campaigns, and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital tools, ad platforms, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms
- Manage SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, and content campaigns
- Create and manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and performance-driven campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and analytics dashboards
- Improve lead quality, reduce CPL, and enhance ROI
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives, videos, and ads
- Maintain social media pages and publish engaging content
- Monitor trends, new tools, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager
- Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for creative coordination
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Good communication and strategy-planning skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead-generation-focused campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads (added advantage)
- Experience in EdTech / Training institutes (optional)
