Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketer cum Trainer at Judah Code Technologies, your primary responsibility is to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for the company and its clients. Alongside execution, you will train students and professionals using real-time campaigns and live tools. This is a permanent work-from-office role focused on results, consistency, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, search, and paid platforms.
• Manage social media pages, content calendars, and brand communication.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
• Implement SEO, content optimization, and lead generation strategies.
• Improve ROI through data-driven decisions and continuous optimization.
• Conduct in-office and live training sessions based on real campaigns.
• Develop structured training content, case studies, and hands-on assignments.
• Guide learners through tools, dashboards, and industry workflows.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide clear feedback.
• Update training materials based on current digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing execution.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, paid ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Ability to explain practical concepts clearly using real examples.
• Good communication and mentoring skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong execution mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Experience managing real ad budgets and performance metrics.
• Prior experience in training or mentoring is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with automation tools and content management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
