Key responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns (micro, macro, and creator-led).
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with brand positioning.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
- Track performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
- Build long-term creator partnerships and ambassador programs.
Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok ads.
- Run influencer-whitelisted ads and UGC-based performance creatives.
- Manage budgets, A/B testing, and ROAS optimization.
- Coordinate with designers for ad creatives and landing pages.
Content & Brand Strategy
- Develop digital content calendars aligned with product launches.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging.
- Guide short-form video strategy (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Align organic + paid content for maximum impact.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: reach, engagement, CAC, ROAS, conversions.
- Analyze campaign data and consumer behavior insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear action points.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with sales, supply chain, and product teams to align campaigns.
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies and freelancers when required.
Required skills & qualifications
- 2 years in digital marketing (FMCG or beauty preferred)
- Strong experience with Influencer Marketing & Performance Ads
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads
- Understanding of UGC, creator economy, and short-form video
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work fast in a high-growth FMCG environment
