Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, with graphic designing and video editing skills highly preferred, especially for social media and promotional campaigns related to skin and hair treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, and YouTube
• Create engaging graphics, reels, posters, and promotional videos for skin and hair treatments
• Handle social media management, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement
• Design creatives using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Edit videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Manage paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads and brand awareness
• Optimize content using SEO and basic analytics
• Coordinate with doctors/clinic team to create educational and promotional content
• Track performance and prepare monthly digital marketing reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing (clinic/healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong skills in Graphic Designing & Video Editing
• Knowledge of social media trends, especially reels and short-form videos
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and Ads Manager
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and content-writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Skin, Hair, Beauty, or Aesthetic Clinics
• Ability to shoot and edit short videos/reels
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and local promotions
