Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to improve visibility and drive traffic.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, informative, and shareable content for blogs, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing reports. Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaigns.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to determine the most effective strategies and continuously optimize them for maximum performance.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient spending to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to implement innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Creative thinking with an analytical mindset, able to draw insights from data and improve campaigns.
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Experience in working with affiliate marketing, influencers, or partnerships.
