Key ResponsibilitiesSEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
  • Optimize website structure, content, metadata, internal linking, and page speed
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to implement SEO best practices
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance
  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends

Google Ads (PPC)

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping)
  • Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for maximum ROAS
  • Write compelling ad copy and test variations (A/B testing)
  • Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and conversion tracking
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and implement ongoing optimizations
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Looker Studio
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimization areas based on data

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and quality score optimization
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, GTM
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management

Nice to Have

  • Experience with eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid platforms
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
