Key ResponsibilitiesSEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
- Optimize website structure, content, metadata, internal linking, and page speed
- Collaborate with content and web teams to implement SEO best practices
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
Google Ads (PPC)
- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping)
- Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for maximum ROAS
- Write compelling ad copy and test variations (A/B testing)
- Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and conversion tracking
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and implement ongoing optimizations
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Looker Studio
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities and optimization areas based on data
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and quality score optimization
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, GTM
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
Nice to Have
- Experience with eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid platforms
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
