POSITION OVERVIEW:

Elite Style Polyclinic is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with proven expertise in the UAE healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our complete digital presence including SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, and overall online marketing strategy to drive patient acquisition and brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for healthcare services
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization for website and service pages
  • Monitor and improve website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical white-hat techniques
  • Track keyword rankings and provide monthly SEO performance reports
  • Optimize Google My Business profile and manage online reviews
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and implement necessary adjustments
  • Achieve measurable improvements in organic traffic and search visibility

Google Ads Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Conduct keyword research and develop targeted ad campaigns for medical services
  • Write compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for optimal ROI
  • Implement conversion tracking and analyze campaign effectiveness
  • Reduce cost per conversion and improve quality scores
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets efficiently (typically AED 7,000-15,000)
  • Provide detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • A/B test ad variations to improve click-through and conversion rates
  • Target: Achieve cost per conversion under AED 350 for healthcare services

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Create engaging content calendars aligned with clinic services and campaigns
  • Design or coordinate creation of social media posts, carousels, reels, and stories
  • Write compelling captions and hashtags to increase engagement
  • Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads)
  • Monitor social media analytics and provide performance insights
  • Respond to comments, messages, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with medical staff to create educational and promotional content
  • Stay updated with social media trends in the healthcare industry
  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations if applicable

Content Marketing:

  • Develop content strategy for blog posts, patient education materials, and promotional content
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers for visual content creation
  • Ensure all content complies with DHA regulations and healthcare marketing guidelines
  • Create email marketing campaigns for patient engagement and retention
  • Develop promotional campaigns for new services, offers, and seasonal packages

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze all digital marketing metrics (website traffic, conversions, engagement)
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for management with actionable insights
  • Monitor ROI for all digital marketing activities
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools

Website Management:

  • Coordinate website updates and improvements with development team
  • Ensure website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversions
  • Monitor website performance, loading speed, and technical SEO issues
  • Update service pages, doctor profiles, and promotional content regularly

Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) guidelines
  • Follow healthcare advertising regulations in UAE
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA-equivalent standards in all communications
  • Stay updated with digital marketing best practices in healthcare industry

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in UAE healthcare sector (mandatory)
  • Proven track record of managing SEO, Google Ads, and social media for medical/aesthetic clinics
  • Experience with healthcare advertising regulations in Dubai/UAE
  • Portfolio of successful campaigns with measurable results

Technical Skills:

  • SEO: Advanced knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO
  • Google Ads: Certified or proven expertise in managing healthcare campaigns
  • Social Media: Expert in Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Analytics: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Insights
  • Tools: Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, or similar marketing tools
  • Content Creation: Basic graphic design skills (Canva) and copywriting abilities
  • CRM/Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms

Healthcare Industry Knowledge:

  • Understanding of medical terminology and aesthetic services
  • Knowledge of DHA marketing regulations and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with patient journey and healthcare decision-making process
  • Experience marketing services like dermatology, aesthetic treatments, physiotherapy, etc.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):

You will be measured on:

  • Organic website traffic growth (month-over-month)

  • Conversion rate improvements (calls, bookings, form submissions)
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS) for paid campaigns

  • Online reputation management (reviews and ratings)

WORKING HOURS:

  • 6 days per week (1 day off)
  • 9-hour shift (timing to be discussed)

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

  • Reports to: Marketing Manager / CEO
  • Works closely with: Clinical team, Reception, Management
