Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on performance & expertise)

Role Overview

NNIIT is looking for a high-impact Digital Marketing Specialist who can own, execute, and scale performance-driven digital campaigns. This role requires a hands-on expert who understands lead generation, ROI optimization, and data-backed decision making, especially in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

This is not a learning role. We are looking for someone who can deliver results from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities (Ownership Level)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Drive high-quality leads with optimized CPL & CAC
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, optimization & reporting
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs such as:
  • Leads, conversions, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC
  • Collaborate with content & design teams for ad creatives
  • Optimize landing pages and funnels for higher conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & market benchmarking
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports
  • Continuously improve performance through data-driven insights

Mandatory Skills & Expertise

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Digital / Performance Marketing
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Proven track record in lead generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Meta Business Manager
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Audience targeting & segmentation
  • Funnel optimization
  • Conversion tracking & pixels
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently and profitably
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills

Good to Have (Strong Advantage)

  • Experience in EdTech / Education / Lead-based businesses
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals & SEM strategy
  • Experience with CRM integration & lead quality analysis
  • Landing page tools (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience

Who Should NOT Apply

  • Freshers or candidates with less than 3 years experience
  • Candidates with only social media posting experience
  • Candidates without hands-on paid ads experience
