Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

· Create custom audiences – city-wise, education-wise, and interest-wise.

· Track Cost per Click (CPC), Cost per Conversion (CPConv), and lead generation ratio.

· Prepare detailed Excel reports showing ad spend, leads, CPC, CPConv, and ROI.

· Design and edit images & videos for social media campaigns.

· Analyze campaign data using Excel, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.

· Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum leads at minimum cost.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, and Business Analytics.
  • Strong Excel & reporting skills (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Formulas).
  • Proven work experience in the Education / Ed-Tech industry.
  • Ability to create creatives and short ad videos (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Must submit past campaign reports showing:
  • Total ad spend
  • Number of leads generated
  • CPC & CPConversion details (with evidence/report copy)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,503.55 - ₹38,283.68 per month
