Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to promote the medical centre’s services. This role focuses on driving patient engagement, enhancing online presence, increasing referrals, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms while complying with Saudi healthcare marketing regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote diagnostic imaging, radiotherapy, laboratory, and outpatient services.

Manage the centre’s website, ensuring updated content, SEO optimization, and smooth user experience.

Plan and execute paid online campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, healthcare directories).

Manage social media platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook) and create engaging content tailored to Saudi healthcare audience.

Monitor online reputation and respond professionally to patient reviews and inquiries.

Create and optimize email marketing campaigns for patient education and service promotions.

Collaborate with design, sales, and clinical teams to produce patient-centric content (blogs, infographics, videos).

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI) to guide decision-making.

Stay updated with healthcare marketing trends and digital best practices in Saudi Arabia.

Ensure all campaigns comply with Saudi Ministry of Health and cultural regulations.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.

Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.

Experience with content creation, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), and video editing (preferred).

Proven track record in running successful digital campaigns with measurable results.

Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Familiarity with Saudi healthcare marketing guidelines and data privacy requirements is a plus.
