Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Kochi, Kerala | Experience: 2-5 years | Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer who lives in numbers, experiments aggressively, and takes full ownership of building high-quality leads and measurable growth for our brands.

This is not a “posting and reporting” role. This is a result-focused, analytical, hands-on growth role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and relevant platforms
• Build and manage funnels: TOFU → MOFU → BOFU with clear conversion KPIs
• Run A/B tests, creative experiments, landing page optimisation, audience segmentation, and retargeting
• Closely collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure performance-focused creatives
• Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality and continuously lower acquisition costs
• Build dashboards, campaign reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership
• Identify new growth channels, trends, and opportunities proactively

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience managing meaningful ad spends and delivering ROI
• Strong understanding of paid ads, analytics, attribution, pixels, tracking and remarketing
• Analytical thinking + creativity combo, can problem-solve using both data and intuition
• Ownership mindset: you care about outcomes, not tasks
• Experience with lead funnels, landing pages, email automation / CRM is a plus
