Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing initiatives in Kochi. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a foundational understanding of digital marketing and strong English communication skills.

The position offers hands-on experience across multiple digital channels, enabling you to contribute to brand awareness, online engagement, and overall business growth while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms
• Support the creation of engaging content for social media posts, advertisements, and basic digital creatives
• Manage and regularly update company social media accounts and online promotional activities
• Assist with basic SEO activities and support paid campaigns such as Google Ads and social media advertising
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports with insights
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns
• Maintain clear, professional communication with team members and, when required, clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – mandatory
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and commonly used digital marketing tools
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive approach
• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work model
