Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a results driven Digital Marketing Specialist who knows how to grow brands online. This role is for someone who understands both sides of digital marketing organic social media and paid advertising.

You will be responsible for managing social media presence, creating performance focused campaigns, and running paid ads across Google and Meta platforms to drive leads, traffic, and conversions.

If you live in dashboards, obsess over CTRs, and enjoy testing creatives until something scales, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and other platforms
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with business goals
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI CTR and conversions
• Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spend
• Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives
• Track analytics and prepare performance reports
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of hands on experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience in social media marketing and paid advertising
• Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of targeting retargeting and audience segmentation
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta insights
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
• Creative mindset with a data driven approach
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in lead generation or performance marketing
• Familiarity with SEO or email marketing
• Experience managing international clients
