Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in WhatsApp Business API–based CRM systems for lead management and after-sales follow-up. Candidates with hands-on experience in managing paid ads, social media, websites, SEO, and WhatsApp CRM automation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Video Production
Create professional videos, reels, shorts, and promotional marketing content
Edit videos for social media, ads, and campaigns
Design creative posts, banners, and marketing creatives

Social Media Management
Manage and grow business pages on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
Post daily content including videos, images, stories, and updates
Conduct live sessions to promote services and interact with audiences

Website & SEO Management
Create and manage company website(s)
Update blogs, service pages, announcements, and SEO content regularly
Connect and manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
Improve rankings through keywords, backlinks, and content strategies

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube
Monitor performance, optimize budgets, and generate qualified leads

WhatsApp API CRM & Lead Management
Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API–based CRMs such as WATI, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Pipermind, or similar
Integrate WhatsApp, website, Google Ads, and social media leads into CRM
Manage automated replies, lead nurturing flows, reminders, and follow-ups
Track leads from inquiry to conversion and after-sales support

Google Business & Local Marketing
Manage Google Business Profile, Maps listing, and reviews
Run Google Ads for multiple service categories

Industries / Services to Market
Visa consultancy and visit visas (all countries)
Europe and Canada work permits
Business setup in UAE, Europe, UK, USA, and Canada

Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing and WhatsApp CRM lead management
Strong video editing and graphic design skills
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of SEO, WordPress, and website content management
Ability to manage multiple business categories independently
