Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, create and publish written and visual content to support marketing initiatives, optimize marketing funnels to improve performance, and communicate results to Content Strategy Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Adhere to company policies and present a professional, positive attitude at all times.
2. Execute internal and external email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including building, testing, and deploying emails.
3. Manage HubSpot CRM execution tasks, including email campaigns, landing pages, forms, basic workflows, contact and list management, and lead generation support.
4. Maintain and manage marketing distribution lists to ensure accurate targeting, segmentation, and compliance with email and privacy regulations.
5. Support lead generation initiatives, including webinar registrations, gated content, material downloads, and dashboard-related campaigns.
6. Execute assigned digital marketing campaigns primarily across email, with support for social, website, and paid channels as directed.
7. Create and update digital assets for emails, landing pages, and social media using provided copy and creative, following UX and brand guidelines.
8. Perform content management tasks in WordPress, including basic page edits, posts, CMS updates, and SEO support through on-page updates and content optimization.
9. Monitor campaign performance and report on basic metrics using HubSpot, Wistia, BigMarker, and Google Analytics, including email engagement, traffic, and lead activity.
10. Collaborate with content, design, and social teams to support campaign execution, timelines, and asset delivery.
11. Maintain marketing database accuracy, follow company policies, stay current on B2B digital marketing tools and best practices.
12. Other duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing or communications preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
A minimum of three (3+) years of marketing-related work experience required.
B2B company experience preferred.
HubSpot Certifications preferred.
