Digital Marketing Specialist
to own digital marketing operations end-to-end.
What you’ll do

Manage lead generation across digital channels (paid + organic + email)

Own lead process end-to-end: capture → scoring → assignment → reporting

Implement and maintain uniform reporting and coordination of leads and opportunities on Salesforce

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting)

Manage landing pages and conversion improvements on WordPress
-
Own SEO execution (keywords, optimization, performance tracking), continuously monitor and improve website for high SEO performance

Support SEM processes

Improve visibility in AI-driven search (AI optimization / AI search readiness)

Ensure tracking, attribution, and tool/data quality across the stack

Own Litum’s social media channels: content planning, coordination, scheduling, and performance tracking

Coordinate content production with content marketing and ensure consistency across channels

Own the Turquality support process by submitting digital platform metrics and proofs
Requirements
-
3+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B Tech/SaaS preferred)

Strong experience with demand generation and lead management tools and methods

Hands-on with relevant platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SE Ranking

Solid SEO/SEM knowledge (keyword research, optimization, reporting)

Detail-oriented, process-driven, comfortable with metrics and reporting

Strong English (global communication)
