Role Objective:
To build our brand as a premium, category-creating brand, while driving high-quality demand through a balanced mix of:
Brand Building × Social Media Strategy × Performance Marketing × AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and execute a brand-first digital marketing strategy
- Translate business vision into clear narratives, positioning, and messaging
- Maintain a consistent premium brand tone across all digital platforms
- Focus on long-term brand recall and authority, not short-term hype
Social Media Marketing & Content Direction:
- Own strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & WhatsApp
- Design content frameworks around:
- Education (market understanding)
- Comparison (normal vs premium experiences)
- Storytelling (emotion-driven)
- Authority & trust
- Guide reels, posts, captions, hooks, and campaign concepts (idea & text level)
- Ensure social media educates before it sells
Performance Marketing (Google & Meta):
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Balance brand campaigns with performance campaigns
- Optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS
- Improve lead quality through messaging, funnel design, and intent clarity, not just targeting
AEO – Answer Engine Optimization (Critical):
- Build the brand to be discoverable and answer-ready across:
- AI search results
- Voice search
- Zero-click and conversational queries
- Structure content using:
- FAQs
- Conversational formats
- AI-readable authority signals
- Work with content/tech teams to ensure AI visibility and trust
Sales & Funnel Alignment:
- Work closely with sales teams to:
- Understand real customer objections
- Improve lead quality and closure rates
- Convert sales insights into content and campaigns
- Ensure marketing pre-sells trust before sales interaction
Analytics, Reporting & Insights:
- Track campaign and content performance
- Convert data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Present meaningful reports to management (not vanity metrics)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Brand Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Proven understanding of brand building through social media
- Exposure to SEO and AEO concepts (AI search readiness)
- Ability to think like a brand owner, not just an executor
- Experience with service-based, lifestyle, or premium brands preferred
- Practical use of AI tools for marketing, analytics, content, or automation
- Comfortable working on-site and directly with leadership
