Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support company growth
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and online promotions
• Handle social media marketing and brand awareness activities
• Run advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Monitor website traffic and marketing performance through Google Analytics
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support business development and client acquisition activities
• Assist management in business strategy and planning
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance analysis
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management teams
• Support branding, product promotion, and customer engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interest in marketing, business strategy, and management
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects
