Overview

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, email campaigns, AI ads, and content management systems.
- Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other SEM platforms to maximize ROI.
- Optimize landing pages and content for conversion through A/B testing, performance marketing techniques, and user experience improvements.
- Create compelling content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital channels that resonate with target audiences.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to produce engaging visual assets aligned with branding guidelines.
- Maintain and update websites built on WordPress or other content management systems while ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
- Implement HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL as needed for website customization or data analysis tasks related to digital marketing efforts.
- Coordinate social media management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay current with industry trends in B2B marketing, e-commerce strategies, and emerging digital channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation including copywriting for various digital formats and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite or Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize conversion rates through landing page improvements and performance marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of social media management tools such as Facebook Business Manager or similar platforms for campaign execution and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in B2B marketing environments or e-commerce sectors is desirable but not required.
