Digital Marketing Specialist
(owns the multi-channel strategy)
A CE-accredited professional certification program for insurance agents is launching nationally across all 50 states. We are seeking an experienced US-based Digital Marketing Specialist to drive a multi-channel enrollment campaign with a target of 3,000 agent enrollments by year-end 2026. You will work directly with leadership and execute across email, SEO, paid social, webinar, and partner channels.
SCOPE OF WORK
● Drive email marketing campaigns to a large segmented contact list drip sequences, deliverability, and compliance
● Expertise in driving organic growth through high-intent keyword research, structural on-page SEO, and performance-tuning landing pages to maximize user engagement and ROI
● Manage promotion for a 24-session live webinar series across two time zones
● Provide us with tools to generate and capture leads at industry conferences and virtual events
● Provide Copy for all email campaigns with assistance from insurance experts to guide you
● Coordinate co-branded campaigns with association and corporate distribution partners
● Manage LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Group Ads, and support broader paid digital strategy
● Report weekly on enrollment funnel performance and channel attribution
● Digital Marketing Automation delivery inside our (LMS) Learning Management System and Mailchimp
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● 5+ years of multi-channel digital marketing experience
● Proven results selling educational content CE programs, academies, professional certifications, or associations
● Experience marketing to or through corporations, associations, and B2B partner channels
● Experience marketing B2C to promote enrollment
● Hands-on SEO experience on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and landing page performance
● Conference and event lead generation experience
● Proficiency in email automation (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or equivalent) and LinkedIn Ads
● Insurance industry experience is a strong plus, but not required
