About the Role


We are seeking a results-driven PPC Ads Specialist to manage Self-Serve Advertising (Sponsored Ads & Brand Ads) on our platform. The role requires expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to maximize ROI while aligning with business goals.


What You'll do:


  • Plan, create, and optimize Sponsored Ads & Brand Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage targeting strategies (exact, phrase, branded, generic).
  • Optimize bids and budgets to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPC, ATC, Orders, ROAS, etc.).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies align with advertiser objectives.
  • Manage bulk uploads, campaign planners, and reporting dashboards .
  • Support ad creatives (copies, visuals) and conduct A/B testing .
  • Drive high serve rate, spend utilization, and overall ad performance improvements .


What You’ll Need:


  • 1–3 years of experience in PPC advertising, self-serve ads, or digital marketing platforms .
  • Strong knowledge of keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats .
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign management tools.
  • Analytical ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills .
  • Familiarity with e-commerce advertising ecosystems is a plus.
