About the Role:

Namaste Properties LLC is seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager with proven UAE real estate experience. This is a performance-focused role for a professional who excels in lead generation, campaign optimization, email marketing, and ROI-driven digital strategies. You will take full ownership of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, PPC, SEO/SEM, email marketing, landing page optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms
• Generate high-quality property leads through PPC, SEO, SEM, CRO, and email marketing
• Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and run A/B tests
• Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion
• Manage social media strategy and paid promotions aligned with sales objectives
• Optimize budgets to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and increase ROI
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics dashboards and CRM tools
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing with revenue goals
• Prepare performance reports and implement continuous improvement strategies

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of digital marketing experience in Real Estate Industry
• Mandatory UAE real estate digital marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, CRM platforms, and automation
• Proven ability to scale campaigns, improve lead quality, and optimize CPL
• Analytical, data-driven, and KPI-focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
