Digital Marketing Specialist

We generate thousands of quality leads per month through various tactics, and we’re ready to bring the right candidate in to continue that growth.

We are seeking an entry-level Digital Marketer to support our client acquisition efforts. This role is primarily focused on content creation to support our strong Search and Generative AI Engine Optimization strategies. The chosen candidate will have a developing passion for digital marketing and a desire to be part of an amazing company and departmental culture. Over time, there will be additional exposure to social media, brand management, and recruiting.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is a strong writer, highly detail-oriented, coachable, comfortable with technology, and who wants to develop both technical marketing skills and business acumen. Our overall organization has over 30 years in direct marketing to homeowners, and we’ll teach you everything to be successful. You bring the skill set and, most importantly, that drive and passion to succeed at a high level.

What You’ll Do

SEO Content Creation (Primary Focus)

  • Create and publish SEO-focused landing pages in WordPress
  • Execute content strategies developed by the Director of Digital Marketing
  • Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices
  • Optimize and update existing content to improve rankings and performance
  • Produce multiple new pages weekly while maintaining quality standards
  • Utilize tools such as SEMrush, Moz, and ChatGPT to support content development
  • Develop familiarity with Generative AI Optimization (GAIO) principles

Social Media & Brand Support (Future Exposure)

  • Execute content across Facebook, Nextdoor, and LinkedIn
  • Support brand consistency across platforms
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on brand presence and lead generation
  • Work within established brand guidelines to produce amazing content

Compensation & Work Environment

  • Salary: ~$50,000
  • 100% in-office role

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
