We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our growth initiatives. In 2026, search is changing—if you know how to leverage AI to stay ahead of the curve, we want you on our team. This role is 100% in person, reporting to our Broadview IL office.
You won't just use AI to write copy; you will implement AI-driven workflows for data analysis, predictive bidding, and cross-platform strategy execution.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of understanding regarding AI integration and ability to successfully fulfill these requirements:
- Data Analytics: You can build sophisticated dashboards and are able to translate complex data into a clear narrative, explaining the "why" behind the results to stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: You understand how SEO, GEO, and AEO work together to create a "Search Everywhere" presence. And can develop unified strategies that ensure brand visibility across traditional search engines and AI generative engines (like Gemini, Perplexity, and ChatGPT).
- Budgeting and Financial planning: You can manage complex spends across platforms while hitting aggressive ROAS targets. You’ll have full ownership of Google Ads accounts. Leverage AI-powered bidding strategies and "Performance Max" optimizations while maintaining oversight of budgets and ROAS.
- Technical & Content Strategy: Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, reporting tools, and conversion optimization (CRO).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of relevant working experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven track record managing five-to-six-figure monthly budgets in Google Ads.
- Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Ads budget management.
- Deep understanding of the shift from SEO-Geo (local/generative) to AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Expertise in AI Marketing Tools: Proven ability to implement AI for workflow efficiency and campaign optimization
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to present data as a story
- Strong attention to detail and organization
