Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Lead (Mid–Senior to Leadership Level)

Location: Al Ain

Working Hours: 9 hours/day | 5 days/week

Salary Range: 15000-20000 AED

Role Overview

We are seeking a top-tier marketing professional with 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or tech-driven environments , who can take full ownership of marketing, user acquisition, and revenue growth. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the company’s success by driving strategy, execution, team building, and market penetration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing, branding, and sales strategies for product launch and scalable growth
  • Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team , including hiring and structuring functions as the business grows
  • Drive user acquisition strategies across multiple channels (paid media, SEO, social, email, content, partnerships)
  • Design and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness → conversion → retention)
  • Lead high-performance paid campaigns , ensuring optimal budget allocation and strong ROI
  • Establish and track KPIs, analytics frameworks, and reporting dashboards to drive data-backed decisions
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine positioning
  • Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to align on go-to-market strategy and brand messaging
  • Take ownership of sales initiatives , including direct client engagement, pitching, and closing deals
  • Build strategic partnerships, alliances, and influencer collaborations to accelerate growth
  • Oversee customer journey and early-stage user feedback , ensuring strong user experience during launch
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance content creation, campaign efficiency, and marketing performance


Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within SaaS, tech, or startup environments
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products or platforms
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and sales conversion strategies
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and scale teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional skills in strategy, execution, and business growth
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly data-driven, innovative, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a startup environment
  • Experience using AI-driven marketing tools is essential
  • Arabic speaking is a plus


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in launching marketplace or SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Firebase Analytics , or similar
  • Background in business development, partnerships, and revenue generation
  • Strong closing and conversion track record
