Role Overview
We are seeking a top-tier marketing professional with
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or tech-driven environments
, who can take full ownership of marketing, user acquisition, and revenue growth. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the company’s success by driving strategy, execution, team building, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute
end-to-end marketing, branding, and sales strategies
for product launch and scalable growth

Build, lead, and mentor the
marketing team
, including hiring and structuring functions as the business grows

Drive
user acquisition strategies
across multiple channels (paid media, SEO, social, email, content, partnerships)

Design and optimize
full-funnel marketing strategies
(awareness → conversion → retention)

Lead
high-performance paid campaigns
, ensuring optimal budget allocation and strong ROI

Establish and track
KPIs, analytics frameworks, and reporting dashboards
to drive data-backed decisions

Conduct in-depth
market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
to refine positioning

Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to align on
go-to-market strategy and brand messaging

Take ownership of
sales initiatives

Requirements

10+ years of proven experience
in digital marketing, preferably within
SaaS, tech, or startup environments

Demonstrated success in
launching and scaling products or platforms

performance marketing, lead generation, and sales conversion strategies

Proven ability to
build, lead, and scale teams
in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on experience with
