Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling and audience engagement
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
• Create and edit marketing content (captions, blogs, basic visuals)
• Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with designers and developers on campaign execution
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Executive, or similar role
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
• Basic knowledge of content creation and copywriting
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience working in a creative agency or digital marketing environment
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)
• Understanding of conversion optimization and lead generation strategies
