Digital Marketing Specialist

Venture Zone, a leading Business Centre, is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Search Engine Optimisation:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.

Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and meta tags, for improved search engine visibility.

Perform on-page and off-page optimization techniques to increase organic search rankings. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

Track important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page

Report on performance metrics comparing them to our SEO goals and benchmarking data

Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure effective SEO strategies.

Generate regular reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Manage organisations social media handle for brand marketing and lead generation

Create and manage high-performing property/product listings on platforms for lead generation

Oversee smooth functioning of digital marketing tools

Aggregator Marketing:

Create and manage high-performing property/product listings on platforms such as Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, and others.

Ensure listings are always up-to-date with accurate pricing, compelling descriptions, quality visuals, and promotional updates.

Track ad performance, optimize campaigns for better reach and ROI, and respond promptly to platform inquiries.

Build strong relationships with aggregator account managers to unlock premium features and promotional slots.

Branding:

Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across digital, print, and social channels.

Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all customer-facing materials.

Design attractive brochures, pitch decks, and sales/marketing collateral to support campaigns and sales outreach.

Conduct regular market and competitor research to refine brand positioning and strategy.

Digital Asset Management:

Oversee smooth functioning of digital marketing tools including CRM systems, email platforms, and analytics dashboards.

Assist with website management and updates (WordPress, Wix, etc.).

Support the team with basic IT tasks, including system setups, backups, and troubleshooting.

Ensure digital data security and maintain content asset libraries for internal use.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.

* ⁠Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

* ⁠Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and key ranking factors.

* Proficient in essential SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research platforms.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* High attention to detail with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
