Key Responsibilities:


  • Ideate, develop the brand positioning and messaging
  • Collaborate with agencies to bring the brand identity, packaging and overall brand positioning to life
  • Provide direction on packaging design, label compliance, and visual storytelling
  • Develop and implement ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing)
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, media buying, and event agencies
  • Negotiate costs and timelines with vendors to ensure timely execution
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance against KPIs
  • Create POSMs for online and offline channels
  • Provide input on the content creation for social media, blogs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure all campaigns follow legal and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with sales targets
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution


Experience, qualifications and skills:


  • 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or digital marketing agency
  • Exposure to digital marketing, brand promotions, or trade activations
  • Proficiency in marketing tools & analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity with a good sense of design and branding
  • Masters in Marketing from a reputed Institute
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
