Job Summary
Employer seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, develop, and implement digital advertising campaigns. The position involves managing online advertising accounts, creating marketing content, and analyzing performance data to improve campaign results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns.
- Create marketing materials, including graphics and video content.
- Manage advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Implement and manage tracking technologies, including advertising pixels and tags.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with team members to support marketing initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels through conversion optimization techniques to enhance lead generation and sales performance.
- Create engaging content tailored for various digital channels, including social media posts.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Two (2) years of experience in digital marketing or advertising
- Two (2) years of experience using digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
- Two (2) years of experience with CRM systems
- Experience with implementation of tracking technologies, including pixels and tags
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
