What we are looking for:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a well-rounded marketer with hands-on experience in PPC, SEO, and content creation who can drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and improve overall brand visibility and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across search, social, display, and email channels.
• Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI and performance.
• Conduct keyword research and manage full-spectrum SEO efforts (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
• Create, edit, and oversee content across multiple formats including blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform-specific dashboards.
• Run A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. During the Orientation Period, the role will be fully in-office, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the Orientation Period, employees will transition to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home. Additional details about schedule flexibility and other benefits will be shared during the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
• Strong hands-on experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Solid understanding of SEO principles (technical, on-page, and off-page)
• Strong content creation skills (writing, editing, and basic content planning)
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

Additional Information:

• We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible but can be flexible on the start date for the right candidate.
• The interview process includes an aptitude assessment and at least two rounds of in-office interviews with members of our leadership team.
