What we are looking for:

We are seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media Content Creator to bring Quikaid’s brand to life across digital channels.

This role is responsible for consistently producing and publishing engaging content, including short-form video, social media posts, and visual assets, while ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand voice and guidelines. You will “own” our social presence and YouTube channel, helping us build trust, increase engagement, and strengthen brand visibility. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys creating content, being in the field, and turning ideas into polished, on-brand assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, capture, edit, and publish high-quality short-form video and visual content (graphics, carousels, thumbnails) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, maintaining a consistent and engaging posting cadence.
  • Own and manage Quikaid’s social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and maintaining a consistent content calendar aligned with company initiatives.
  • Manage and grow Quikaid’s YouTube channel, including uploading and optimizing Shorts and long-form content with compelling titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
  • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand captions while managing community engagement (comments, messages, reviews) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a “brand champion” by ensuring all organic content and paid ad creatives align with established brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and executives to source content ideas, plan content calendars, and support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, views) and iterate on creative concepts through testing and optimization.
  • Maintain organized content libraries and stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
  • Ensure all content adheres to regulatory guidelines, platform policies, and internal approval workflows in a compliance-focused environment.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000,with annual performance-based raises and benefits. Starting pay is dependent on candidate qualifications, work experience, and skillset.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. During the Orientation Period, the role will be fully in-office, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the Orientation Period, employees will transition to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home. Additional details about schedule flexibility and other benefits will be shared during the interview process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital media, or a related creative role.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and editing short-form video content from concept through publishing.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and current content trends.
  • Experience managing social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand captions and messaging.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-sensitive industry is preferred.
  • Portfolio demonstrating social media, video, and/or creative work is required.

  • 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year during their first five years of employment, increasing to 20 days after five years and 22.5 days after ten years. PTO may be used for vacation, personal, or sick time.
  • All Federal holidays as paid holidays. Currently, there are 11 paid Federal holidays, though this number may be updated if new holidays are established.
  • Birthday Celebration Day (BCD): One paid 8-hour holiday annually for your birthday; available after completion of the New Employee Orientation Period.
  • 401(k)-retirement plan with a 6% company match. For every dollar you contribute, we will match up to 6% of your compensation.
  • Fun celebrations, including company-sponsored contests, birthday bonuses ($100 on your birthday), work anniversary bonuses ($100 for each year of employment, for example, on your 3rd anniversary, you will receive $300), and various other celebrations throughout the year. Additional Information:

  • We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible but can be flexible on the start date for the right candidate.
  • The interview process includes an aptitude assessment and at least two rounds of in-office interviews with members of our leadership team.
  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug test prior to beginning their employment.
