Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who excels in social media buying and paid advertising. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms while continuously improving performance metrics.

What You’ll Do

* Plan, launch, and scale digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.

* Take full ownership of paid media campaigns — from strategy to execution and optimization.

* Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

* Conduct deep audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve results.

* Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives.

* Manage multi-channel campaigns including PPC, social media, and email marketing.

* Build detailed performance reports and present actionable insights.

* Stay ahead of trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools in digital marketing.

What You Bring

* 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media buying.

* Proven success managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (TikTok & LinkedIn Ads are a plus).

* Strong command of analytics tools like Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.

* Experience in optimizing campaigns for performance and scaling budgets effectively.

* Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and conversion funnels.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
