Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can support both execution and performance-driven decision-making across our digital channels.

Position Overview

Timeless Skin Care is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ecommerce marketing experience within beauty, skincare, or CPG and is comfortable working across email, SMS, website content, promotions, campaign reporting, and creative coordination, across several channels. You should be able to execute efficiently, analyze results, identify opportunities, and make recommendations that improve performance.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, ecommerce, and operations teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, lifecycle marketing, and digital optimization. This is a good fit for someone with solid digital marketing experience who can manage projects independently and contribute thoughtful recommendations that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, website, and ecommerce platforms
  • Support campaign planning for product launches, promotions, evergreen initiatives, and seasonal moments
  • Build, review, and optimize landing pages, product pages, and blog content
  • QA campaign assets for links, content accuracy, formatting, and brand consistency
  • Track campaign timelines and coordinate asset readiness across teams
  • Monitor campaign results and provide clear recommendations to improve performance

Website Content and Ecommerce Support

  • Manage website updates, content refreshes, promotional changes, and merchandising support
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate SEO updates, UX improvements, promotional banners, and landing page builds
  • Support homepage, collection page, and seasonal content planning based on business priorities
  • Review website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and user experience
  • Help ensure website content is accurate, on-brand, and launched on time

Email and SMS Marketing

  • Build and manage email and SMS campaigns in platforms such as Klaviyo and Postscript
  • Support segmentation, testing, scheduling, and campaign deployment
  • Review performance metrics including open rate, click-through rate, conversion, and revenue contribution
  • Make recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and lifecycle performance

Creative and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Create and edit digital content as needed, including email assets, social content, simple graphics, short-form video edits, and promotional materials. Partner with creative, marketing, CX, and operations teams to keep projects on track
  • Help brief and coordinate digital assets for campaigns, paid support, product launches, and promotional moments
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support creative testing and asset delivery
  • Use tools such as Figma, CapCut, and other creative editing platforms to support fast-turn marketing needs
  • Maintain organized calendars, trackers, and asset folders for team visibility and execution

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Review channel and campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform reporting, and ecommerce data
  • Prepare recurring reports and summarize key takeaways, trends, and action items
  • Use data to identify friction points, test opportunities, and areas for improvement across digital channels
  • Support decision-making with clear, practical recommendations

Market and Channel Awareness

  • Stay current on digital marketing best practices, ecommerce trends, and changes across relevant platforms
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify ideas that support growth and stronger execution
  • Share relevant findings and practical recommendations with the team

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within beauty, skincare, ecommerce, or CPG
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and ecommerce marketing workflows
  • Experience executing email, SMS, website, and promotional campaigns from start to finish
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn performance data into recommendations
  • Strong writing, editing, and QA skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, and operations teams
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel
  • Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer packaged goods
  • Experience with affiliate, influencer, or creator support programs
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and paid creative coordination
  • Understanding of website merchandising, UX, and conversion best practices
  • Strong interest in skincare and beauty trends

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
