Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising channels.
  • Manage and optimize company social media platforms and digital presence.
  • Create engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and social media ads.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies when needed.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding.
  • Track KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn & X Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills in English and/or Arabic.
  • Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience in video marketing and content creation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of branding and customer journey strategies.
